good selection short walk convenient location
The breakfast was great with a good selection. i liked that the beach was a short walk downhill. a nearby beach served food into the night so it was easy to find dinner. The location was convenient!
on arrival, i was just handed the key with directions to the room. i had to find the wifi password since the room lacked a telephone.

excellent quality onsite bar free parking
The breakfast was cooked to order and it was excellent quality. the bar on site plus the bowling were awesome! i liked that parking was free too. the main building has character. I think it makes the place better.
the room lacked a fan, so ventilation wasn't great during summer! it made it hard to keep the room cool enough! i wish there was better airflow.

the location proved quite convenient, as a lovely beach was a short walk down the hill. the owners were friendly and accommodating. breakfast was more than adequate.
the room lacked air conditioning or a fan (a significant drawback). i felt a sense of unease as there was a walking path just outside the room. the shower pressure was weak.

The breakfast had a lot of choice. The location was near the beach, just a short walk away. The food was nice and reasonably priced. The bowling alley was full size.
The bathroom looked very tired. The basin and plug were unclean. The bedroom carpet had some stains. The lampshade was broken and fell off.

reasonable price tasty food spacious room excellent breakfast
the reasonably priced food was tasty and catered well to my gluten-free needs, this was a true treat. the spacious room had a generous layout. its proximity to a fine beach was an absolute gem. breakfast was excellent.
the hot water flow was a little inconsistent, making showers a bit shorter than preferred.
